The City of Virginia Beach and the family of Mary Rachel Carson are asking the public to assist them in the investigation of the murder of Mary Carson in the area of King’s Grant, Virginia Beach on August 14 2005. “Shellie” left on her bicycle that morning and never returned. Her badly beaten body was found in the King’s Grant neighborhood.
